What are the differences between the SA, M and K standards?
SA Standard was designed for auto racing while M Standard was for motorcycling and other motorsports. There are three major differences between them:

• SA standard requires flammability test while the M standard does not;
• SA standard allows narrower visual field than M standard (Some SA helmets may not be street legal);
• SA standard has rollbar impact test while M standard does not.
• The K standards are very similar to the SA standards, however the K standards omit the requirements for flame retardency.

Bell Sport Mag- Open Face

The Snell 2005 SA rated Sport Series helmets are designed for the sportsman racer who demands value and quality at an affordable price.

Bell Sport Full Face Helmet

The Snell 2005 SA rated Sport Series helmets are designed for the sportsman racer who demands value and quality at an affordable price.

The Sport helmet offers full face protection and a large eyeport. All Sport Series helmets feature a removable interior and a lightweight fiberglass shell. The Sport helmet takes a 281 SRV Shield and each helmet comes with a clear shield.

Bell K-1 Sport

The K-1 Sport was developed through feedback from Bell Racing Europe's Formula 1 trackside support program. This full-feature, standard weight version features aggressive chin bar venting and a front spoiler for aerodynamic stability. Because it is SA rated, the K-1 is a great helmet for kart racers and other entry level drivers who are planning on moving into other forms of racing that require fire retardant interiors.

Bell BR-1 Full Face

The BR-1 features a light Fiber-Tech shell, extra large eyeport with increased upward visibility and a Carbon X interior. The BR-1 has a full venturi ventilation system including chin bar, forehead and channeled top vents with a rear exhaust. As air flows over the helmet, the venturi effect increases cooling inside the helmet and prevents shield fogging by creating a vacuum to pull airflow through the helmet. The helmet's recessed forehead vents and rear facing side chin bar vents provide ventilation while not allowing dirt to enter into the helmet.

In addition, the BR-1 features our new SRV friction shield system. This new system has a slide mechanism that allows the driver to adjust the tension on the shield allowing for multiple opening positions. When properly adjusted and in the locked position, the SRV systems helps reduce the possibility of the shield opening during an impact.

Bell M4

The M-4 is an aggressively styled, multi-featured, full-ventilation helmet with an extra large eyeport. The M4 can be used in all forms of racing. In addition, the M-4 features our new SRV friction shield system. This new system has a slide mechanism that allows the driver to adjust the tension on the shield allowing for multiple opening positions. When properly adjusted and in the locked position, the SRV systems helps reduce the possibility of the shield opening during an impact.

Bell Racing Helmets are pre-drilled specifically for use with HANS Clips and the HANS device. Consult the manufacturer of any other head and neck restraint device for proper use and installation as hardware and mounting locations may be different.

Bell M4 Pro - M4 Pro Extra

The M4 Pro is a multi-purpose, lightweight helmet designed for drivers who prefer the full range of vision of an extra large eyeport. The M4 Pro is a fully ventilated helmet featuring aggressive chin bar vents.

The M4 Pro Xtra is a multi-purpose, lightweight helmet designed for drivers who prefer the full range of vision of an extra large eyeport. The M4 Pro Xtra is a fully ventilated helmet featuring aggressive chin bar vents with a shell that is 5% larger than a standard extra large helmet.

The GTX features a front lip and rear aerodynamic spoiler and is an ideal choice for open cockpit forms of racing including formula cars, sprint cars and karting. G-Force Pro Phenom - Open Face SA2005 Helmet

The G-FORCE Racing Gear Pro Phenom open face helmet is based on classic design with modern features. The Phenom is both lightweight and durable due to a fiberglass and Kevlar® composite shell. The driver will notice a lighter feel and less neck strain when wearing the Pro Phenom helmet. The G-78 interior impact shell is covered by a CoolTec liner which comes standard in the Pro Phenom helmet. GF Pro Force Eliminator SA2005 Helmet:

A sleek new design from G-FORCE Racing Gear, the Pro Eliminator has provided a new benchmark in quality, functionality and style. From the outside in you will notice the difference. The outer contact shell is made from a low density, lightweight Z38 Fiberglass, Carbon, and Kevlar® composite blend. The shell is then coated with deep, rich white or black gloss, or matte black paint and finished with a protective clear coat outer layer. The rear of the helmet is accented with double ridge lines that add both style and strength to the Pro Eliminator's shell.
